About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, request a free scorecard or audit, or engage FWD Figure (ABN 29 296 435 990, "we", "us") for marketing services. By doing any of those things, you agree to them.
If you become a client, your proposal and service agreement set out your plan, fees and inclusions. If anything in them differs from these terms, your proposal and service agreement apply.
02
Free scorecards and audits
- Scorecards and audits are free and come with no obligation to buy anything.
- They're based on publicly available information at the time we prepare them. Search results and rankings change daily and vary by location and device, so your own results may differ.
- They're general marketing information, not legal, tax or financial advice.
- You're welcome to use and share your scorecard. Our templates, methods and branding remain ours.
03
Our services
We offer three plans, Starter, Growth and Full Service, plus optional add-ons. The inclusions for each plan are listed on our home page and confirmed in your proposal. We'll deliver the services with due care and skill and within a reasonable time.
Full Service is limited to two practices at a time. Growth (for in-person firms) and Full Service are limited to one practice per postcode, held by the first practice to sign. Starter is not exclusive.
04
Fees and payment
- Fees are set out in your proposal and are in Australian dollars, plus GST where it applies.
- Any setup fee is paid with your first month's fee, before work starts.
- Monthly fees are invoiced in advance and are due within 7 days of the invoice date, unless your proposal says otherwise.
- If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, we may pause work after giving you written notice. Pausing doesn't change your term.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' written notice of any change to your monthly fee.
05
Ad spend
Advertising costs on Google, Meta or any other platform are separate from our fees. You pay them directly to the platform using your own payment method, and we never hold your money. Your ad accounts stay in your name. On Growth and Full Service, we'll agree a minimum monthly ad budget with you before ads start.
06
Term and cancelling
- Starter is month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice.
- Growth and Full Service have a 90-day first term, which is the time ads need to settle and the guarantee window. After that they're month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
- There are no exit fees. Setup fees aren't refundable once setup work has started.
- Either of us may end the agreement straight away by written notice if the other seriously breaches it and doesn't fix the breach within 14 days of being asked.
When the agreement ends, we'll hand over your accounts, content and client data, and remove our access, within 10 business days.
07
Our guarantees
Every plan carries a written guarantee with clear conditions:
- Starter: 10 or more new Google reviews in your first 60 days, as long as 40 or more completed jobs go through the Review Engine in that time.
- Growth and Full Service: 10 or more booked calls with good-fit prospects in your first 90 days, as long as the agreed minimum ad budget stays in place for the whole period.
A "booked call" is a discovery call booked by a new prospect who passed your client-fit check and didn't cancel. The guarantee period starts when you sign. It's extended day for day for any delay on your side, such as late access, late approvals, or jobs not marked complete, and we'll record each delay and tell you about it.
If we miss a guarantee and you've met the conditions, we keep working at no cost (no monthly management fee) until the target is reached. Ad spend still applies. We never guarantee a Google ranking, a number of new clients, or a revenue figure, because part of the result depends on your clients and your ad budget.
08
What we need from you
- Access to your Google Business Profile, website, social pages and ad accounts within 5 business days of signing.
- Mark jobs as complete in the app (or send a weekly list) so review requests go out.
- Review content we send for approval. If we haven't heard back within 3 business days, scheduled social posts go live as drafted. Ads and web pages always wait for your approval.
- Make sure the details you give us about your practice, services and registrations are accurate. We'll only advertise tax agent or BAS agent services if you're registered with the Tax Practitioners Board.
- Only give us contact details for people who have an existing relationship with your practice or have agreed to hear from you.
Never send us tax file numbers, financial records or client documents. We don't need them and won't store them.
09
Content and ownership
You own your Google profile, website, social pages, ad accounts, reviews and client data. Once paid for, you also own the content we create specifically for you, such as posts, ads, landing pages and your website. We keep ownership of our own templates, automations, systems and know-how, and we license you to use them while you're a client. With your permission, we may mention you as a client or share results without identifying your clients.
10
Third-party platforms
Our services rely on platforms we don't control, such as Google, Meta and HighLevel. They can change their rules, features or prices, or reject ads or reviews. We'll follow their policies, tell you quickly about anything that affects your results, and work to fix it, but we're not responsible for their decisions.
11
Confidentiality and privacy
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your services. We handle personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
12
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
13
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost opportunities, and our total liability under any agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. This doesn't limit liability for fraud, or for anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.
14

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Changes won't affect an active agreement unless you agree to them in writing. Questions? Email [email protected].
